I teach mixed ability adult Yoga Classes and Mum and Baby Yoga Classes.  I aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all.  I also teach general yoga and Yoga for well-being at Abingdon and Witney College.  As well as Vinyasa Flow Yoga I'm hoping to start a gentle stretch class in the new year.

Mum and Baby Yoga

Baby yoga classes are such a great way to meet other mums and to share similar experiences.  The classes have a warm and friendly atmosphere. The classes are made up of active and fun sequences for you and your baby. We use yoga to support your baby’s individual developmental progress, promoting optimum health in all physical, cognitive and social aspects.  The adult yoga moves are specially designed for the postnatal period to tone and realign the body.  Every class ends with a lovely shared relaxation with your baby.
