I teach mixed ability adult Yoga Yoga Classes. I aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all.
My morning and lunchtime classes are fairly gentle Slow Flow Classes, my Botley evening class is a Vinyasa class, energetic and more physically challenging.
I aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all, flowing with the breath from one pose to the next. Moving and stretching to energise the body, and ease aches and pains,
whilst bringing about a state of relaxation for the mind.
I am an experienced yoga teacher, as well as group classes I am qualified and available to teach one to one, pregnancy yoga, mother and baby yoga and family and teen yoga.
