Welcome

I'm currently teaching all my classes online.  a teaching two classes on a Saturday morning.  Gentle Yoga at 9am followed by Energetic yoga at 10.30am.  If there is demand I'll put on another through the week.

I teach mixed ability adult Yoga Yoga Classes.  

 My morning and lunchtime classes are fairly gentle Slow Flow Classes, my Botley evening class is a Vinyasa class, energetic and more physically challenging.

I aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all, flowing with the breath from one pose to the next.  Moving and stretching to energise the body, and ease aches and pains,

whilst bringing about a state of relaxation for the mind.

 I am an experienced yoga teacher, as well as group classes I am qualified and available to teach corporate yoga, one to one, pregnancy yoga, mother and baby yoga, family and teen yoga.  I think now is a fantastic time to start online chair yoga classes.  Please let me know if this would interest you.
